Our Policies

All dogs must be current on vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella) before their first walk or boarding stay.
•
Cancellations for walks made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% service fee.
•
For boarding, we require a 7-day notice for a full refund of your deposit during peak holiday seasons.
•
We utilize Fear-Free techniques; if a dog shows extreme stress or aggression, we may adjust the service plan for safety.
•
Payment is due at the time of booking for single services or weekly for regular walking schedules.
